First time buyer I purchased my first car, a new 2016 Honda CRV, in March of 2016 from this dealership. Overall it was a good experience. There was very little pressure by salesmen, unlike other dealerships I had visited before this one. The facility is extremely nice and associates were friendly. The only problem I had with the dealership is with the $100 referral bonus my salesman offered me if I brought in a new customer. Several months after my original purchase I brought in my girlfriend who ultimately wound up purchasing a Civic from the same salesman. At the end of negotiations I asked about my referral bonus and he informed me that he wouldn’t honor it because it had to be part of the negotiation! Evidently my girlfriend received “too good of a deal”! I’m extremely disappointed in how this was handled and definitely won’t fall for it again! More

SALESMAN WAS EASY TO DEAL WITH. GREG EASELY WAS OUR SALESMAN. WE TOOK A TEST DRIVE IN AN HRV AND ACCORD LX. MY WIFE WAS SOLD ON THE LX. I WENT BACK IN A FEW DAYS TO NEGOTIATE PRICE A GREG EASELY WAS OUR SALESMAN. WE TOOK A TEST DRIVE IN AN HRV AND ACCORD LX. MY WIFE WAS SOLD ON THE LX. I WENT BACK IN A FEW DAYS TO NEGOTIATE PRICE AFTER INTERNET RESEARCH. AS ALWAYS THEIR PRICE DID NOT MATCH MINE BUT FROM MY RESEARCH. I OFFERED A FEW HUNDRED LESS WHICH WAS LESS THAN THE AVERAGE PRICE THE CAR HAD BEEN SELLING FOR AND THEY ACCEPTED. THE CAR HAD TO BE TRANSPORTED FROM ANOTHER CITY BUT WAS DONE WITHIN 5 DAYS. WE PICKED THE CAR UP 7 DAYS FROM OUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT. GREG WAS VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH AND ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. I WOULD BE VERY PLEASED TO BUY A CAR FROM HIM AGAIN. More

Excellent service department experience. Another Honda dealer told me several times that work called for on a Honda Service Bulletin was not covered by warranty. I came to Frank Ancona Honda Another Honda dealer told me several times that work called for on a Honda Service Bulletin was not covered by warranty. I came to Frank Ancona Honda to get a 2nd opinion. I spoke with Kurt in the service department. He immediately knew of the service bulletin and gave me a copy. He said the work was most certainly covered by the powertrain warranty, and he had the vehicle fixed the same day and has worked fine ever since. I asked Kurt some technical questions and I was pleasantly surprised by his technical knowledge. I came back to bring the vehicle in for the service and Kurt was out to lunch. I talked to Landon about the matter. Both gentlemen gave excellent customer service and both had a very good technical knowledge about my vehicles problem. I am used to service writers having little to know technical knowledge but these two men were way ahead of others I have talked to at other dealerships. I have been treated at other dealerships like they are offended when you have some technical knowledge and ask a technical question. Not so with Kurt and Landon, they were great and made me want to come back for future service. More
