Awesome customer service! I was on military transfer leave & needed a car fast! My credit was TERRIBLE, but they were able to pull strings.. the customer service was awesome. I I was on military transfer leave & needed a car fast! My credit was TERRIBLE, but they were able to pull strings.. the customer service was awesome. I was told I would get three key transmitters along with the vehicle, but was only given two. However I spoke with the sales manager & he offered me all season mats instead (which were mailed in less than a week!)... I’m grateful. They give a courtesy call (lovely Kayley) as well to make sure everything is good to go after the vehicle is purchased. Another thing I loved was they take care of ALL registration/fees, the only thing I will pay is $20 for my tag & they send you that paperwork in the mail... the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because instead of them telling me I wouldn’t be getting the third key, they just closed it off & I had to ask about it. More

Didn't give up on me! I originally went to HoN to test drive a Lincoln MKZ, but when that vehicle wasn't what I was looking for, they continued to try to help me in my car I originally went to HoN to test drive a Lincoln MKZ, but when that vehicle wasn't what I was looking for, they continued to try to help me in my car shopping journey. They took the time to understand what I was really looking for, and found a vehicle that I had not been considering, but which exceeded my expectations. The finance team was great and answered all of my questions. I like the use of technology in the purchasing process to speed up the process and save paper. In the end, I walked out with 2 new keyfobs and a thumb drive of all of my docs instead of an envelope full of paperwork. The dealership itself is very nice, clean, and has all of the amenities for my family. The gourmet coffee, water, snacks, multiple TV's, and wifi, kept everyone happy. More
