Dave Desimone welcomed me, listened to my concerns and my needs, and helped me get into a new lease almost worry free. I found him to be extremely friendly, down to earth, and felt that he really wanted to give me the best deal possible. And I believe I got that. Dave followed up with me all throughout the process and even the paperwork with Jack Russel seems virtuously painless. Jack was honest, straight forward, and professional, I trusted him as well. The customer service was just extraordinary. I will forever sing the praises of Mahwah Honda and "Uncle" Dave Desimone...I look forward to seeing them again when my lease is up!!! More

Stay away from JC Meyer sales person I visited Mahwah Honda and a guy names JC Meyer was there to help me with test drive and answer questions. That day he said he'll do this and promised to follow up via call - after I had left the dealership, I emailed and called him but he never responded. Very rude and unprofessional behavior by a sales person. I will never go there again. There may be other associates not like him but JC Meyer is the very reason that I will not return to this dealership. More
