Other than the fact that Williamson's Honda would not throw in a new set of floor mats for this beautiful Honda Civic, we are thrilled. I test drove 2 different vehicles and drove off with best Honda CR-V on the lot. I really like the automated every 2 week payment option they suggested in the finance dept. This will make my life a little simpler. Overall our experience was very pleasant, enjoyable and well managed. To be honest I have had my car only 1 week and have washed it 2 times because I LOVE it so much!!! While we waited they washed the car and filled it with gas. Why go anywhere else? We have told 20+ people to call Justin at Williamson's because of our experience. More

Ryan Roberts is very nice and professional sales person yet personable too which we like. We knew Ryan before he came to Williamson's (as we purchased a car from him @ his last dealership employment) and yet personable too which we like. We knew Ryan before he came to Williamson's (as we purchased a car from him @ his last dealership employment) and chose to remain with him when we were looking for another vehicle and knew he was @ Williamson's per letter he sent us. Ryan's comments and his understanding of our vehicle possibilites / needs and then helping in processing all our options was very helpful. In Ryan's absence, he had lined up a manager to help us at one visit and to our disappointment when we arrived, we were handed over to a 3 week old new employee. Luckily this was just for another test drive of the Honda Pilot we were interested in. So I contacted Ryan the next day and made sure he knew what happened and he said he discussed this situation with his manager. We ended up buying the Honda Pilot we first looked at which was Ryan's suggestion, so it goes to show you, he really did know what we wanted. More
