David was very helpful and was willing to show us all the options that we had and what he could do for us. He didn't pressure us into something that was right for us and was very patient since we were new t options that we had and what he could do for us. The only complaint we had was that they didn't work w/ us more toward a second purchase. We were prepared to trade two vehicles, but only ended up closing one deal with your dealership. David was great to work with. We switched vehicles in the middle of a sale and he was completely "unflustered". Gray ares: I had researched prices for a different vehicle than what we purchased. We received a good discount as a returning customer but I can't say I receive the "Best Price Possible" largely because I don't know what it was! Mea Culpa! Real Gray area: The young man handling our paperwork did a fantastic job selling us on "GAP" insurance. I'm still sold on it. BUT!! I find a normal GAP policy to be around $400. We paid $695. If we would have had the opportunity shop for a policy(ie: a selection of policies from various insurance providers) OR been told we could always purchase GAP insurance later I would have a better "after the sale" feeling.I don't have to tell you that the Accord has a very low rate of depreciation so I am paying a maximum price to insure a minimum gap. Not happy about this but will not make this particular mistake again. In conclusion, the people were great, they made the sale. Your showroom and sales enviroment was first class. We did not purchase the color we wanted but we are growing fonder of our "Amber Beauty" everyday. More

We love Williamson Honda because we never felt pushed or stupid. They weren't "on us like flies" when we got out of our vehicle. The staff at Honda greeted me promptly when I pulled up for an express oil change. Told me the wait would be about 40 min. A staff member than came in and said the wiper blades could be replaced and got for an express oil change. Told me the wait would be about 40 min. Snacks, water, and magazines or the tv kept me occupied. I didn't bring my coupon with me but they did give me a few dollars off my oil change. Everything seemed to go well. More
