Best ever. I found the car I wanted online., I called 5 Honda dealerships and all told me it wouldn't be ready until a much much later date. Then I spoke to Sid, at Honda of Kirkland, he got the car delivered in less than 36 hours with free accessories. If you must buy a new car you must request Sid and Tim. Sid is so patient and knowledgeable he explained all the ins and out of the car to me despite having a manual that God knows I will never read. Not once did he haggle me. I tell him what I want and he says he'll be right back. Tim is the numbers guy. Dude is incredible. He spent time explaining things to me that I didn't even know I needed. Making sure I was comfortable and didn't feel overwhelmed. This is my third time purchasing a car but this is the first time it's felt this good. I am truly grateful to this two people.
