The service department got us in right away and listened to our concerns. We had a commitment and couldn’t ride with a technician, but we were assured we’d hear from them if they couldn’t duplicate the prob to our concerns. We received a call about 2 hour later that they duplicated the problem and it would be fixed same day. They recommend routine maintenance which we agreed to.
