Technicians break parts for your vehicle while in service and expect you to pay for damages caused by them. Took my brand new vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. And they told me somebody who touche and expect you to pay for damages caused by them. Took my brand new vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. And they told me somebody who touched the car prior to them broke a wheel bolt nut. I agreed to pay an extra $30. When I picked up my vehicle the paperwork clearly states that the wheel bolt nut broke WHILE they were doing the rotation and still decided to charge me for something that was caused by them. They lied to me just to pay the replacement of the bolt nut. They should realize the damage was on them and should’ve never charged me for something like that. I wonder how many ppl they do this to. More

Had an ad for a $33 oil change. In the add it says everything that included. Got to the service area. 15% charge for tax and “shop supplies”. Now the sales tax there is 5%. So 10% for what?
