Over a lengthy period of 7 months while I was deciding to buy a CR-V, George was very patient with my questions and my prodding on price. While not initially the lowest price amongst the dozen dealers I req buy a CR-V, George was very patient with my questions and my prodding on price. While not initially the lowest price amongst the dozen dealers I requested quotes from, they were among the lowest. George quickly matched the lowest price while including their offering of a lifetime powertrain warranty. When I actually purchased the vehicle from them, there were no surprise fees or high pressure tactics. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal. More

This dealership has the most unbelievable tactics I've ever experienced. I have brought my car in to have warranty service done and have been stonewalled from the start. After sitting for over an hour, Sh ever experienced. I have brought my car in to have warranty service done and have been stonewalled from the start. After sitting for over an hour, Shawn came in and told me that they "ran a diagnostic" and "didn't find any problems" so they didn't do any work. THis warranty was supposed to include a free oil & filter change and a tune up. He said they had to order parts and could I come back on Monday. (A Honda DEALERSHIP had to order parts for a TUNE UP?) He said he'd call on Monday morning to tell me when to bring the car in. No call. I called and left a message with Maureen, his sidekick in the "Service" department. No return call. Also, while I was waiting there on Friday, the day they "ran the diagnostic," I witnessed Maureen in the most shameless strongarming of, literally, a "little old lady" who (supposedly) needed brake work. She quoted an outrageous price to have 2 drums machined and new brake pads for 2 wheels. $350?! More than DOUBLE what it is done for perfectly well at Midas. The woman balked and was undecided. Maureen leaned in and said "It's a light day (so why couldn't they do my oil change?) and we can put two techs on it for you and get it all done." She kept pressing. The lady held her ground and caved only to having new wipper blades put on (to the tune of $42!!) For WIPER BLADES. These people should be shut down. DO NOT buy a car or have one serviced at Honda of Keene, NH!! More
