It was on a Friday my car was delivered to me not in a showroom appearance. Myron clearned the best he could and demanded I bring it back the next day. The Detail/Cleaning Crew shall be fired. They left a dirty rag laying on the back seat, a long with my license plate holder. Myron was very apologetic. It was not his fault,. Since April 2018 I hope I never have to visit the dealership in the future. 1st impression is a everlasting one. More

Bought a used Honda I had done my research online first and selected a few cars I wanted to check out and test drive in person. The overall experience was low pressure and easy. I bought a new car in 2002 and knew the type of treatment I would receive. I purchased an extended warranty for a fair price and plan to service the car at the dealer. The car detailers could have done a little better job. There was a French fry under the front seat, beach sand when I flipped the back seats down and where the spare tire is, lots of debris. Pretty minimal stuff, but attention to detail is important.
