The negociating process can be "uncomfortable" but I must say that DJ was honest, fair, and understanding. I don't like pushy sales people and that was not the case at all. DJ was a saint! There were moments during the negociating that felt "heated" and DJ remained cool, calm and collected. He was the "voice of reason" and surely made me feel like I was his one and only customer. I went to this dealer to look for a new car since I was getting close to the end of my lease on my Honda Pilot. I had had a good experience there when leasing the first pilot and went back. We were greated by the receptionist who directed us to Tom Tuzio. Tom was very friendly and personable. He asked me what I was looking for and began telling me what they had in stock that fit me needs and budget. When i told him that i had my Pilot that had to be turned in with me, he immediately had it brought into the garage to have the service dept. look at it to see the shape of the car and how it would help me with a new car. Since the car that i was interested in was at another lot he sat with me and worked out all the numbers while we waited so that once the car got there I could test drive it and complete the sale if i was ready. Once i test drove the car and decided it was what I wanted, Tom got the paper work written up and completed in a timely manner, since I was in a time crunch to get home. From the time we first met Tom to the time he handed me my new keys was a very easy and enjoyable time and made getting a new car very easy. I would absolutely recommend Tom and this dealership to friends and family. More
