The staff was friendly throughout the purchasing process, however, I bought a certified preowned car and was told it went through a thorough 180+ point inspection. While driving the car home from the dealers however, I bought a certified preowned car and was told it went through a thorough 180+ point inspection. While driving the car home from the dealership the day I bought it I noticed the controls for the radio and phone on the steering wheel were not working at all. Even though I was offered a loaner car and the repair was made in 1 day, I felt as though this should’ve never happened and it was extremely inconvenient. I did not even receive a “sorry”. I felt like more could have been done from a customer service perspective. More
