Horrible. First time in my life I felt I was mislead on buying a car. I did not get the Honda $500.00 special that was promised. The gap insurance we were charged was three times more than what we were qu buying a car. I did not get the Honda $500.00 special that was promised. Ending the deal with the plethora of paperwork adds the 'ouch' to the entire laborious process. Seems so analog in our digital times. Not fun! Sending a sales person to follow us to our home doorstep to collect the down payment was over the top crazy to say nothing of asking of asking the salesman to take his own vehicle for company business! We had already agreed that we would bring in the down payment in the morning & pick up the car at that time. We did not need to drive the car home. This was muddy business. Jeff was great! We congratulate him on his wish to work hard to support his young family and we appreciated his honesty. Jalen is a go getter and tried hard to work the deal for us only to be shot down in the bosses office. We have no problem walking away. Have done it before. Knowing what you want as a dealership and having respect for the customer's intelligence and 'homework' would help. The young salespersons did fine. It was when the went to deal with 'boss' that it became laborious. Although we have bought other cars at the Fife dealership we haven't been particularly pleased with the service department so we'll see how it goes with our free oil changes. More

The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because they were unable to correct the ANC problem (not the dealers problem because Honda is not providing a solution).
