I always take my Pilot to Fife. I have always had good luck with the service department. I have been coming here since 2011 when I bought my first Honda Pilot. This time I stated I I have always had good luck with the service department. I have been coming here since 2011 when I bought my first Honda Pilot. This time I stated I had a problem with the light where the radio - heating system is. I need to fix it. Collin didn't go out and check it out, he just said thee a button you turn. So after having my vehicle there all day and spending $1,000, when I came back to pick it up I asked him to tell me how to fix it. He came out and couldn't figure it out. I got my owners manual out to ell him what it says. Then he had two other guys come and see. End result I had to come back to have it evaluated. Also, he told me my wiper blade solution in the back window wasn't working. He said he had to order the part. So I said OK and came back a week later. Then found out the part didn't get ordered. I was not a happy camper. My opinion he should have followed up on it to make sure. More
