Most dealerships test drive a few blocks and think they are done. This is likely because the sales person doesn't know enough about their product to promote it to the customer. My problem is the way the financial Dept. works, I had the feeling I was working with the Wizard of Zo. I was left three time for over twenty minutes, while the financial person hide in his office, while going over numbers. The better way would be for the financial person to sit down in the sales person office and work in the open with the buyer. BE TRANSPARENT!!!!! Work in the open. I will also be writing a letter to the CEO of Honda. The last time I purchased a new car from Honda the same thing happen. This is no way to do business. I have talked with other friends and they all said the same thing. More
