This was my first time buying from Honda of Concord. I would return in the future and recommend friend/family to go as well. The sales staff is very friendly and professional. Victor has a pleasant personality making you feel at ease. He gathered all information to narrow down exactly the type of car that I was looking for and therefore showing me the best list of available ease. My first car purchase ever went so smoothly! I went prepared to battle, but had absolutely no issues and actually thoroughly enjoyed my time at Honda of Concord. Kristin Lents had cars ready for us to prepared to battle, but had absolutely no issues and actually thoroughly enjoyed my time at Honda of Concord. Kristin Lents had cars ready for us to test drive, was completely accomodating of the family I brought along and worked out a great deal for new car. I had been prepared to purchase a used car, but the deal was too great to pass up. Chris James also was great during the financing and paperwork process. He very, very patiently answered all our many questions about the various options for warranty extension and maintenance. Thank you both for taking such great care of us and making my first car buying experience a wonderful one! I feel great about my decision to purchase a new car with Honda of Concord and will recommend this dealer to my friends and family, and, of course, they MUST go to Kristin! More

Was quoted a price from the ZAG program. This dealer was not the lowest but had the largest inventory and most consistent contact. Kristin was pleasant and informative on her email communications. When I hesitated about driving 1 1/2 hours to get my trade evaluated I was assured that as the largest Honda dealer and the 2nd largest Toyota dealer in the state they would give me the most for my trade and would not have me drive all that way unless she could assure me they would make my trip worthwhile otherwise she would not ask me to come down. I practically begged for an ballpark figure via email so I would know what I was dealing with. I went so far as to PDF them a copy of my window sticker with all options along with the Kelley Blue Book trade-in value for my part of the state. Well low and behold I drive the hour and half down to the dealer on a Saturday no less and once they look at my trade David N. gives me a lower price than my local dealer who agreed to meet the ZAG price. This dealer is nothing more than a bait and switch and they prefer to bully you into purchasing or hope that since you're already there you are so caught up in the process that you'll buckle and buy from them. PLEASE be prepared to walk away from this type of "business" protocol. And the earlier post writer was correct with his vulture comment. You're nothing more than a piece of dead meat to these people.
