The entire process with her was simple and moved along as quickly as it possibly could, always stopping to see if myself or the person I was with had any questions. Once was all said and done She even offered to go through all of the features and even took the courtesy to follow up the next day to simply ask if I was enjoying the car. I have been doing business with this dealership for 37 years. They have performed well in previous years but not this time. I accepted delivery on a new car that has a problem with an interior component years. They have performed well in previous years but not this time. I accepted delivery on a new car that has a problem with an interior component that should have been caught and fixed at the factory or at the dealership during preparation for delivery. The issue still is not fixed. Also the dealership lost one of the two keys to the vehicle, been almost a month since delivery and I still do not have a second key! My primary salesman did a great job for me but support staff is weak! More
