Once again this dealership was top notch! My husband bought his truck from Sam Swope Honda World a little over a year ago and had nothing but great things to say about his experience. So when it came time to purchase a new car for myself there was only one place I considered. Thomas Prinzo was the gentleman we dealt with but I would hardly call him a "salesman". He was more like an "automotive psychiatrist"! He listened very carefully to what I wanted and made sure I got it. Even when I was ready to settle on a color, he refused because he knew it wasn't REALLY what I wanted! He insisted I keep looking until I found the exact color I had in mind. He treated me like a friend, not a customer. His only purpose that day was to make sure I was happy, or at least it felt that way. Then when it came to financing, David Lail was amazing! No big surprise there! As my husband said in his last review, we'll never deal with anyone else. He got us an excellent deal and explained every penny. He must have reworked the numbers half a dozen times until we were satisfied! This dealership is honestly the best I've ever been to! Huge inventory and people who treat you like family. We're customers for life!!! More

My wife and I purchased an 02 Toyota Highlander in jan. 2012. The vehicle seemed to be in good shape. No leaks, very clean, a 2 owner vehicle and good car fax. It had 79784 miles on it and we thought it would run for a long time, being a toyota. Right after the limited warranty ran out I noticed the oil light on one morning while going to work. I stopped at a gas station and checked the oil and it was 2 quarts low. I went inside and bought oil and put in it. It only had 82000 miles on it and wasnt even do for an oil change yet. After that i checked the oil weekly and had to put oil in it just about every week. I took it to sam swope to have the check engine light checked right after i bought it and the service person said it was the gas cap causing the light to come on, this was before i realized the vehicle was burning oil. The highlander now has 101000 miles on it and ive had 2 different mechanics look at it and both said the engine needs to be replaced due to a mechanical defect in the motor. I called sam swope to see if they could help with the replacement of the engine and they basically said too bad. So here i am with a toyota with 101000 miles on it and it needs a new engine. Sam Swope should have made sure since it was a certified used car that it was in tip top shape and didn't have a problem with oil burning. Toyota had a problem with these engines and actually had a class action law suit against them but it ended in 2010. Of course now anyone buying these vehicles are stuck with replacing the engines because dealorships like Sam Swope either don't care about their customers or they are too dumb to do the proper research when purchasing cars for resale. Tried to tell me that my car's transmission issue was not covered by my extended warranty. The warranty company i was told to call then said my issue was covered by my HONDA warranty. Then, after they de not covered by my extended warranty. The warranty company i was told to call then said my issue was covered by my HONDA warranty. Then, after they determined the issue was not my fault (not a clutch issue), they test drove it and "weren't able to duplicate the issue". I will be taking my car to another Honda from now on- there are at least two more in the city. More
Damon was awesome, five stars across the board. He held open the door for my mom and I as we arrived, and was extremely pleasant to work with. This is the third Honda we gotten from Sam Swope Honda. The salesperson we dealt with last time was out of country so Nick stepped in. The way he treated us you would have thought we were his regular customers. The process involved turning in a lease and deciding on a replacement. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable about what had to happen. With that behind us we started the process of finding a new vehicle. Our intial thought was a Pilot. We went on a test drive and decided on that vehicle. We went home and then called Nick to get the vehicle the next Sunday. When we arrived at the dealership, my wife walked in the showroom, saw a Honda Accord EX sitting there and said she wanted that vehicle instead. Even though the Pilot was ready for us, Nick made the switch and got the Accord ready. This whole experience was handled at the highest level of professionalism. I told Nick when I was leaving and I'll say it again, Nick made this one of the most comfortable, stress-free car buying experiences we have ever had. Thanks Nick for an outstanding job! More

Once the sale was made we then were introduced to David Lail the director of finance and Ryan Carter the Business Manager. We had extinuating circumstances and David went to bat with us and secured us phenonominal financing. We are beyond pleased with the entire process and will be forever customers. I would highly recommend this dealer. We have never done an online referral but this was important to us to share our experience More
My experience with the entire Sam Swope staff far exceeded my expectations. The experience started during a conversation with Peggy Goldberg about leasing options on new vehicles. She introduced me to Andre Uchitel who help me pick out a vehicle and explain in simple terms all of my purchasing options. One of the managers, Chuck, welcomed me to the dealership and answered additional questions while arranging for an extended test drive. The process of learning my options and appraising my vehicle was very smooth. After ordering the vehicle, Andre kept in close communication and my new vehicle arrived within four days. Even though there are many steps before a customer can actually take delivery of a vehicle, each employee who helped with various aspects of the process made me feel like they genuinely valued my business. Kevin Boone reviewed insurance information with me; Frank Carter reviewed all of the financial documents in a very simple way; and Dylan did a great job customizing the features on my vehicle before I left. What strikes me most about this experience, is that it felt like I was in partnership with each of these Sam Swope employees to select, finance, and take delivery of an amazing vehicle. Every person took pride in the role they played in the process, so I felt more like I was among friends then in a company's sales process. I highly recommend visiting a Sam Swope dealership to anyone considering buying or leasing a vehicle. More
