This dealership has great service deals but I would say that the staff’s strong suit is definitely not customer service. I’m not saying that anyone was blatantly rude but they lack hospitality in the sense that the staff’s strong suit is definitely not customer service. I’m not saying that anyone was blatantly rude but they lack hospitality in the sense that the service bay staff did not greet me for over 5 mins, and when I went up to two ladies at the service bay, only one of them seemed helpful. I asked them if I needed to go up to them or wait but the car and the other lady just laughed, in which their interaction made me feel like I was the dumb one. The service manager glanced at me multiple times, I’m assuming because he knew I was waiting. My service advisor, Vincent, was nice but only greeted me after I was there for 10 mins—granted he actually looked busy unlike me everyone else. I just expect more from Honda. I usually go to the Lake Elsinore location because they have exceptional service and immediately greet you upon driving into their bay, unlike Honda World. The prices are great but the staff lack awareness of how the customer perceives them. I’m not surprised though, most companies do not train on hospitality, but I’m thankful for the extensive MPI. They did a good job on the service itself, my only gripe is the lack of hospitality in such a renown company. I was particularly upset with how the Second Lady acted—laughing at me and not at least acknowledging the wait or anything. I work in customer service myself and I always acknowledge a customer the second they come into my store and make sure, even if I can’t help them right away, that they are greeted and told that they will be helped asap. Tell your staff that they should treat customers the way they want to be treated, like would you want to be ignored and side eyed by staff for over 10 mins before being GREETED?!? I sound dramatic but I’m sick of the lack of human connection in this day and age. More

She even arranged a ride for me from home to the dealership so I could pick up my brother’s car, making sure I felt comfortable and taken care of.
