I would highly recommend this service center to friends and family. I am usually skeptical of bringing my car to the dealership to get worked on because i am one who thinks the dealership is going to rip and family. I have a new Honda Accord and i brought my car in for the "required mileage maintenance" and spoke with Jimmy. Jimmy advised me that the service that was suggested was not needed at this point and seemed very knowledgeable about the information he gave me. He advised me on when i may need to come back for service maintenance. In doing so, Jimmy saved me time, money, and reassured me that not every dealership is there to rip you off. Next time i need maintenance on my car, i will be sure to come see Jimmy since i know i can trust him. More
It's not often that you come across a car salesman that you actually look forward to working with. Mark Vincent has been our Honda car salesman for the last 4 cars we have owned. We found him to be honest, accommodating, very friendly, down to earth, a fellow Honda owner and someone who will get an answer to our questions if he doesn't already know the answer himself. In our recent transaction, he explained in very understandable terms the upgrades made to our vehicle between the model year we had and the new model year, in this case being a change from a hydraulic system to an electronic system. He communicated the value add of the new design and it made me feel comfortable that this guy really knows his brand and keeps up to date on the latest improvements. Mark Vincent provides one of the most comfortable business transactions that you have to undertake and I hope he is there for my future car purchases because he has set the bar very high for anyone else for me to deal with. More

I was there for oil change for my honda civic, I had a prior appointment, for which when i reached the center, tony was there to help me throughout and he was very friendly, helpful and courteous.In the e prior appointment, for which when i reached the center, tony was there to help me throughout and he was very friendly, helpful and courteous.In the end my car was ready in time and well cleaned. Tony was extremely helpful with the explanations of the service packages dealer discounts. I found him articulate and knowlegable about my car and the service it needed. He followed up on my phone calls and walked me through the work being done. He mentioned my tire wear ( which I wasn't prepared together done or have enough money to have done) He reviewed all the notes made by service staff on what they found while completing each step. I have I've 200,000 miles on my Civic and he even complemented how my local mechanic must be doing something right because the car was in great shape. In the future I will consider returning to Herb Chambers for any other major milestone service that needs to get done. Tony's professionalism and personality was refreshing and lendered itself to be a very good experience for me while car was at the dealership. Again, I would like to mention that Tony was excellent and helpful in the explanation of all charges and dealer service discounts that were on the printout of the service form. Thanks More
I've been bringing my 2007 Accord to the Westborough Honda dealership since I moved to Worcester in 2010. On several occasions, I've had the pleasure of working with Tony Ngo as my service rep. I truly Honda dealership since I moved to Worcester in 2010. On several occasions, I've had the pleasure of working with Tony Ngo as my service rep. I truly appreciate that I have a rep who can send me multiple texts/email updates during the day! As a researcher at UMass Med, I can't always get to my phone for a conversation so I rely on the texts and emails. The drop-off service is a huge convenience as well. I DO think the dealership is pricey, however, it is convenient to where I work and I've never had any issue with any of the work or maintenance on my far over the years--including standard maintenance, changing brake pads, replacing rim and tires--nothing too major. I always come with the monthly coupons I get sent in the mail and Tony helps me to figure out the best price on everything. Overall, I trust Tony's opinion and I will continue to come here. More

My family and I had been wishy-washy over buying a new car, and went back and forth for years about doing it. When we first visited this dealership, we meet with Rich Merlino, who couldn't have taken bet car, and went back and forth for years about doing it. When we first visited this dealership, we meet with Rich Merlino, who couldn't have taken better care of our needs and answered our questions. The biggest issue was us willing to pull the trigger. Fast forward 2 years later, and I contacted Rich again, and he stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park for us. We had many different issues come about on our end (delivery date, trade-in title, etc.) and Rich took care of it all. We couldn't have asked for an easier experience, even though it took us about 2 years to get it done. Thanks Rich, you're the best!! More
