Keyes Honda was the worst experience I have ever had. Bob Kelly the manger and his team are dishonest and condescending. They will review numbers with for you for over two hours, have you choose your monthly payment and sign paperwork as if it’s final. Just to come back an hour later with a higher payment because they never checked the credit. When I told them this was a waste of time, Bob Kelly told me that “we held up his salesman for over 3 hours when he could’ve gotten an actual sale and that is wasn’t his fault that we had a xxxxty credit score!” I have never felt so degraded. Ross the finance manager later called saying there was an error on their part and the registration fees were off by $3,000! Keyes Honda needs to learn how to respect their customers especially women! They will never receive a dime from me after speaking to me like that when they were the ones that were wrong from the beginning! More
Worst service center experience of my entire life. Went in to have my oil changed and fluids checked. I was out of wiper fluid and had a weird sound intermittently when I turned the steering wheel which I in to have my oil changed and fluids checked. I was out of wiper fluid and had a weird sound intermittently when I turned the steering wheel which I thought might be the power steering fluid. I also requested the wipers be replaced. Total estimated cost $155. After the usual up-selling my final invoice was almost $2500. There is not enough space available to summarize everything that went wrong on this service. The final straw was when I turned on my new windshield wipers they didn't even work properly. More
Worst dealer experience ever! We literally got ripped off with a bunch of optional fees that were told to me that they were “mandatory”. Show up today to get some of those fees removed and The Sales Manager William Helou literally did not want to remove some of the optional fees and actually threatened me to reverse the deal give me my money back, take the car back and make me walk back home with my mother, it was a 20 mile drive, who does that?! Very unprofessional. I need to speak to someone about this because this is ridiculous! More
Keyes Honda dealership @ Van Nuys is the most terrible place to deal with the most unethical staff ever that I have ever seen and experienced within my life. I flight from Sacramento to LA after about 5 place to deal with the most unethical staff ever that I have ever seen and experienced within my life. I flight from Sacramento to LA after about 5 days of back and forth communication with the sales person (Farid), and he didn't mention any extra fees and charges. After I met him, he told me that the car comes with (Protection Package) although it comes without a floor mat either. And guess what this stupid stuff cost? $2000 yes two thousands of ripping for a used car!!! Anyway, I tried to reduce the price as I came without knowing these fees and wasn't posted online, he told me that the car was just GONE. I tried to speak with the manager William and he told me "yes exactly the car is gone". I need to give them a zero-star rating for this ripping. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! One STAR because I have to!! Otherwise, ZERO STAR!!! More
Juanita Moran and team are great! I've been taking my Hondas to Keyes for years (including before they were Keyes). Just had a big service and warranty work on my 2018 Odyssey and the I've been taking my Hondas to Keyes for years (including before they were Keyes). Just had a big service and warranty work on my 2018 Odyssey and the team was great. Juanita was very responsive and communicative from start to finish. My concerns were thoroughly investigated and addressed (thanks Bob!). Great experience. More
Every time I go to Keyes Honda, they provide with great customer service. I went to Keyes before Thanksgiving and had a privilege to be helped by Omar, the service advisor with exceptional knowledge in his customer service. I went to Keyes before Thanksgiving and had a privilege to be helped by Omar, the service advisor with exceptional knowledge in his field. Not only Omar arranged fast quality service while I shopped in nearby Costco but also accommodated a shuttle service for my convenience!! Always with you guys!! More

Best Service center for Honda drivers!!!!!!!! The service center is actually on Sepulveda but the service center has really great service. The attendants are very nice the waiting room is clean an The service center is actually on Sepulveda but the service center has really great service. The attendants are very nice the waiting room is clean and nice with a coffee machine, lots of free water and fresh baked cookies and fruit. The best part is the free Lyft service, though some of the drivers should be removed from the Lyfts driver roster. I hope they do NOT change management because its the management that makes the dealership run the way it currently does. More
