I bought several vehicles at Honda North and had all my Honda's serviced over there, had no complaints until a Honda battery was installed on my 2016 Honda in April 2019 , on August 3 2021 my battery was v Honda's serviced over there, had no complaints until a Honda battery was installed on my 2016 Honda in April 2019 , on August 3 2021 my battery was very bad and i went to have service put in a new one , according to the web site the replacement genuine Honda battery was covered under warranty and the service coordinator said over the phone it was I brought it in and was told only new car batteries were covered not genuine Honda replacement batteries , and was going to charge 197 dollars, I declined and purchased a battery for 60.00 less with a warranty I know will be honored.
