I told the service advisor Jeff Jackson several times that I needed my vehicle by 6pm. He told me that if not ready, they would get me a vehicle. I called at 4:50pm, 5:30pm, and 5:50pm with no return call. They closed without even calling me to tell me the status of my repairs. I had to find someone to take my daughter to her scheduled event because I had no way to take her. I ended up having the get the Sales Manager Jordan to help me. Jordan went above and beyond to get me picked up and brought back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. He spoke with the Service Manager and requested that he call me first thing this morning, Jimmy did not call me. He had another service advisor, Hunter, to call with no resolve, just an empty apology. UNACCEPTABLE. More
