Poor communication I brought my 2013 Santa Fe into the Service Center to get checked for an unusual engine noise on October 18, 2018. It needed an engine replacement whi I brought my 2013 Santa Fe into the Service Center to get checked for an unusual engine noise on October 18, 2018. It needed an engine replacement which mean't my vehicle was in the Service Center for 1 month,5 days. I was provided with a loaner vehicle during this time but was not kept updated on the status of mine; unless I asked. I came by Homer Skelton weekly to get the loaner vehicle tag extended; each time having to ask Billy about the status of mine. I'm not sure if I will purchase another vehicle from Homer Skelton. More

Great service, just change the TV channel. The service was outstanding and I like that they had workstations with Wi-Fi so that I was able to work on my computer while I waited! The only thing The service was outstanding and I like that they had workstations with Wi-Fi so that I was able to work on my computer while I waited! The only thing I would suggest would be changing the TV station because the news that was playing was just repeating the same thing every 20-30 minutes. More
