The entire staff was very courteous and went the extra effort to find, prepare, and allow me to test drive a recently arrived, used car for me, even with them being VERY busy at the time. The internet staff (Tony) responded in remarkable time to my website inquiry regarding a specific car, and he made sure that arrangements were made to prepare it in a very limited time period prior to my visit. The purchasing process went great and staff (Teri and Luke) was very diligent during their busy time to help seal the deal. They were outstanding and wonderful to talk to. The financing staff (Bradley) was also very helpful and quick so now I can say that in record time, I'm the proud owner of a Hyundai Genesis Coupe! Also, the servicing staff went the extra mile in cleaning and detailing the car prior to pickup.
