Kent Holtzen, my salesman, was knowledgeable and patient as I decided exactly what vehicle would be right for me. I never felt pressured in any way, the decision on whether to buy and/or exactly what I wanted was my own. The pricing was upfront and more than fair and I was totally informed every step of the process. Kent illustrated every feature of my lovely Buick Encore for me, helped me set up Onstar and Sirrus Radio, got my phone up and running on bluetooth and walked me through every feature so that I was confident and comfortable driving off the lot.
