Leased a 2016 Genesis sedan and if Hyundai thinks they are going to be successful in branding Genesis as a stand-alone luxury brand, they are going to absolutely fail as long as they have dealerships like Holler Hyundai in business. Finance manager Chris Verbosey(sp.) very unprofessional. Have a contract dispute. He contacts me on the 6th day post purchase (conveniently one day after their 5 day return policy is up) stating that I owe the dealership another $752. I said that can't be right and must be a mistake. He said you signed the contract and saw all the numbers. I reminded him that he was the one to tell me that I owed the dealership no money out of pocket even after I argued with him that I need to write out a check for the fees, ie. acquisition, doc fee, tag transfer, 1st month lease payment. He wouldn't listen. Kept insisting I owe no money out of pocket. It wasn't until after all the papers were signed and we were with the salesman going over the features of the car and registering bluelink that Chris comes running back and apologizing profusely saying he made a mistake and I owe him $1671. Well really? That is what I was trying to tell him. I ask him if it is exactly $1671 and he said, "That is exactly the amount on my computer screen." I write out a check to Holler Hyundai for $1671, we finish going over the car, and we drive it home 2 hours away. Now on the phone, he tells me I owe him a total of $2442 instead so I'm short. I say that I don't agree and what do we need to do about it. He says he will have to talk to general manager and get back to me. So I wait. And wait. And wait. Several phone calls to him are unsuccessful. I finally got a hold of him on the 8th of July and ask him what is going on? He says he doesn't know. I say what's next? He has the nerve to mention collections! Really? It's been two weeks at this point without a peep from the general manager, Shannon Kominowski, and you are threatening me with collections? This is the same man who ran my FICO score @ 859 and told me, "When I grow up, I want to be just like you!" A person doesn't get a FICO of 859 by being a deadbeat and I certainly don't appreciate being threatened with collections. I ask to speak with the GM and he says he will talk to her on Monday. I've emailed Shannon Kominowski to please contact me at her earliest convenience and have yet to hear from her. Extremely dissatisfied with this sham of a dealership and completely turned off to the Hyundai brand. This is my first Hyundai and will most definitely be my last and you can 100% blame your franchised dealer for this. More

We were welcomed right away and seated with our sales member without any wait. They got down to business and helped us find the models in their inventory and take test drives. We tried out both engines and made our choice. The next day when we returned to finish the paperwork, we upgraded to the Ultimate without any hassle at all. They really wanted to help us to be satisfied and happy with our choice. More
