This was the first time that I have ever gone to a car dealership to purchase and had a completely wonderful experience that I would do over again. No pushy, rude salespeople here. I really felt that the cars I viewed were a good fit for me, and not "the ones we're trying to push today" like I've felt at other places in the past. When I was having issues with my previous vehicle, I went to Hinshaw's and worked with Becki who helped my wife and I a week before find a car for my mother-in-law. This time around she gave me an amazing deal on a Pontiac. The car did have some minor issues but Becki and Monty made sure to take care of those issues for me without any hassle. Cheryl was very friendly and helpful. We wanted a 1-2 yr. old car for a reasonable price. After several minutes of discussion she brought around a van that fit our needs and more. She answered all of our questions but did not pressure us. Had not planned to buy on this day but ended up with the exact vehicle that we need. It was a three to four hour process which is fairly normal from our experience. She did a couple of extra things for us ( some water and a little snack) since we had missed lunch. That has never been done before in the past. I would definitely do business there again, especially with Cheryl. More
