My CRV was repaired, promptly, for a software issue. My service advisor, Mike, has been great every time I've been here. He very knowledgeable and helpful explaining all the different options available. In the end they didn’t have what I wanted at the time. But I did walk away with wealth of knowledge on Ridgeline. A couple months later I got a call from Zack telling me the had just received a Ridgeline Black Edtion. He said it had all the options I wanted. I came down and test drove the truck and I was sold!
