After usual "discussion" of the price we agreed and I believe it was a good experience for Hilton Head Lexus and my wife and I. Walter made it easy. Mike Graber was very professional in completing the paperwork. He offered different extended warranty plans but not in a pushy manner. More

It took me longer to switch my stuff to loaner car than to get checked in. VERY great service, professional, fast and thorough!
