I told him what I was looking for and how much I could afford - we went back and forth, but didnt hassle me. I was in and out within 3 to 4 hours with a brand new car!! Ana Cecilia, a delivery assistant, was courteous, efficient and knowedgable about every function in my new car. She changed the plates and delivered my car right to me with a big smile. I wouldnt go anywhere else when buying or leasing a new Honda! More

Through the years I have leased 7 cars from Hillside. Each time was a great experience. I always got a decent deal and was treated like a valued customer. With my last lease i worked with a fantastic salesperson named Adrian who took his time and made sure I got exactly what I needed. He went out of his way to deliver the vehicle when I needed it on my time not his. Everyone from the manager to the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The service dept.is excellent. Every time i do my scheduled maintenance they go over my car in great detail. They are timely with their appointments and are vvery accomodating. I have recommended and continue to highly recommend Hillsid honda to all my friends. Jerry More

let me start off with the sales person was friendly and very helpful. the manager was totally shady. having done my research online and visiting 4 other dealers i went back here thinking i would get the be very helpful. the manager was totally shady. having done my research online and visiting 4 other dealers i went back here thinking i would get the best deal. they matched the deal i got from a dealer in long island but all of a sudden added another 1000 in fees. a 400 dollar inspection fee ( it was explained to me that this fee was to clean and wash the car before it got the car). no such fee exists. i told them give me the car as is then and he continued to try to tack on fees elsewhere. after a hour of this song and dance i proceeded to leave and then he wanted to give me a discount on the alarm i wanted when before that there was no way he could do this. left with a really bad experience. another thing, i am a triple aaa member and im supposed to get a fixed price at or under invoice. when i tried to use my membership to get a price they wouldnt give me the price saying that they could give me a better deal. totally shady operation. went to p.s. honda in long island and they gave me a price for the same car 200 bucks under invoice and a good price on my trade in. i dealt with bill over there and he was great. i dont know about the service department but the sales people were great. I bought my first car here 2 weeks ago after reading all the positive reviews. I was very nervous about going thru the process, but I was able to get the car I wanted with minimal pain. I found him to be very low key, not pushy at all. That is just what I needed because a more aggressive sales person would have sent me running for the door. They sat me down with the finance guy towards the end of the process, and he tried to sell me a bunch of things I didn't want, but when I said no, he didn't persist. The only complaint I have is the long waits between various parts of the process and they didn't have our car there when they said they would. Otherwise, I feel like I got a great car for a fair price. Thank you Enrique! More

This is my 4th honda purchased. I buy a new Honda every 4 years. My 1st was purchased in Tarrytown. I decided to try a local honda Dealer and that is where I met Peter Pettito. He not only is knowledgeble, but he knows exactly what I want in a car. He never pushed his sales...he just explains to me all the facts and the car sells itself. He made me feel reassured that I am not forced to buy anything which made me more comfortable to make the next three purchases at Hillside Honda. Whenever I have a question Hillside honda answers right away. Peter is now a manger so when I come he refers me to one of his Sale representatives. This is how I met Mario. He took care of all my needs to ensure the car was complete and ready in less that 1 hour and I drove my brand new car out of the dealership that day. I do love the car, but most of all I love the people who work for Hillside honda. If Pete was not there that day I was making my 2nd purchase I probably would have tried Honda in Brooklyn, but he made my puchase experience one of the best. I was treated like a valued customer, there was no back-and-forth nonsense on the lease terms, and the price was good. Dennis is a real "straight shooter," reminding me of my first salesman at Hillside Honda about 15 years ago. My husband and I originally came to Hillside Honda after a horrible experience at Paragon, and we were satisfied with our experience in the beginning. More recently, however, there were problems and we almost swore we'd never be back. That's before Leann assured us she'd make things right, and introduced us to Dennison. Both Leann and Dennison delivered! I'd also like to commend the new finance manager; she also made the process easy. It appears to be a new day for Hillside Honda. Keep up the good work! More
