A 5 Star Dealership It all started with an advertisement for Buick Encore on TV. We were looking for a lease on a small car with a low monthly payment. To our surprise, t It all started with an advertisement for Buick Encore on TV. We were looking for a lease on a small car with a low monthly payment. To our surprise, the Encore advertisement had a monthly payment less than our budget. We sent an inquiry online and O'Reilly GMC and Buick, Newtown Square responded. We got the appointment to visit the dealership. On the way to the dealership, we checked its website. We saw the Encore advertisement and took a picture of it. As we walked in to the showroom, we were greeted by an employee and taken to a salesperson named Dave Hill. Dave greeted us and asked what we were looking for. We showed him the picture of the Encore advertisement. His manager came out and greeted us as well. Dave showed us the Encores he had on inventory and answered all of our questions. Dave was very attentive, patient, knowledgeable, sincere, polite and professional. We did not feel any pressure to buy anything and were very comfortable dealing with him. In no time, we got the deal on the Encore that we wanted. Dave also showed us where to go when we come in for service in the future. The manage also came out again and congratulated us. Great Dealership (Front to Back) We started going to O'Reilly to service our Denali as we had just moved to PA from Vermont.
