I was in the market for a used VW Rabbit and saw such a car on the internet for sale at Hiley VW of Arlington. I visited the dealership and met with Rocky Acosta who showed me the car advertised and promp car on the internet for sale at Hiley VW of Arlington. I visited the dealership and met with Rocky Acosta who showed me the car advertised and promptly allowed me a test drive and answered any questions I had. The manager asked if he could make me an offer and I obliged. They asked if there was anything I didn't like about the Rabbit, I said "the front tires will need to be replaced" and left it at that. Without any pressure to buy the car then and there, they offered me a sizeable discount from the internet price and offered to install new front tires at their cost. I said I would think about the offer and get back to them. I later made a deposit on the car over the phone (which was very convenient) subject to my mechanic inspecting the vehicle. When I returned to inspect the vehicle, the new tires were already installed and they placed the vehicle on a lift and allowed their mechanic to help us as well (he took a couple of parts off to allow further inspection). I agreed to buy the car with no pushiness from the dealer at all. The purchase delivery paperwork went very smoothly and quickly. I could not have asked for a better experience. The accomodating staff, great price, new tires, allowing us to use the shop/lift on the spot, and lack of pressure made it the best car buying experience I have ever had and would recommend this dealer without hesitation. They also followed up with a personal phone call 2 days later to make sure everything was going well with my new (used) car! More

All the employees, from the general manager down to the receptionist and the mechanics, are outstanding. They tell you things straight forward, don't play "car dealer" games, and work with you to get what receptionist and the mechanics, are outstanding. I brought my Jette TDI in to fix a problem and they "fixed" it about 5 times and never solved the problem. They finally said they don't know what is wrong.
