A perfect experience, wow! This was my first experience ever with Subaru, I actually had never even ridden in one before. He gathered the keys and gave me a ride out of the parking lot, and I was sold on the car. WOW, it's an amazing car, and the folks that helped my wife and I purchase it, were the best. Nikole is truly a pleasure to do business with: she's responsive; straightforward; a great listener; and is truly driven by customer service. It may sound cliché, but our satisfaction was her top priority. Whether it was the call I received one month after our first purchase making sure we were still very happy with our purchase, or the texts I received when we brought the newest car home, the effort she puts in making sure we were/are completely satisfied trumps the sales process. She's got a friendly "no pressure" approach to the deal - it was all about us and what we wanted, at a price everyone thought was fair. She's is supported by a very friendly and trustworthy staff at Heuberger. The closing process on both vehicles was simple - no surprises (but we knew that it would be given our first experience); everything was exactly as we'd agreed before we even left Denver to pick up the car (except they were able to significantly improve upon the best financing rate I was able to find). Subarus drive forever. I hope Nikole is still around when it's time to purchase our next car in 10+ years! In the meantime, I'll be referring anyone considering a new Subaru to Nikole! More

You don't really have to negotiate to get what you want. I am always treated with extreme courtesy and friendliness when I am at the dealership. My most recent purchase was ordered on the internet. When the car arrived, they prepared it for me the same day, and when I came in to pick it up, it was waiting outside for me. I completed the purchase paperwork and financing in very little time, the features were then explained to me, and I was off driving my new vehicle home! The parts dept. is fairly nice and has plenty of items in stock. If you need to get your car serviced, there is a decent waiting area, and a coffee bar where you can get a free beverage. And the drinks are good, all kinds of varieties just like you would find at any other coffee shop. My salesperson, Karen Lovvorn, loves it when I just stop in for a coffee and tell her how much I'm loving my new Subaru. What a great place! I feel like part of the family. I just wanted to add that Karen Lovvorn was great to work with. She worked hard to answer all my questions, and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. At first I wanted a BRZ, then changed my mind back to a WRX. No problem for her. Then, I had to wait almost 2 months before Subaru allowed orders for my model. She stayed in touch until I could order. Once ordered, she put up with my constant inquiries for 3 months until my vehicle came in. When it arrived, she ensured that the delivery of my new WRX was a very smooth and quick process, and a very happy experience for me! More

Having visited other dealers where the clear objective was sales at the highest possible cost, Heuberger set prices at the most competitive rate they could and then simply assisted me in finding what I was looking for. Fantastic! But it doesn't end there; Heuberger also offers excellent service for the life of my vehicle. Not sure they are the cheapest in town, but nowhere else do I receive consistently honest evaluations, prompt and excellent service and the best motor care I have found. Once again, no high pressure schemes, simply the honest truth. I actually enjoy visiting Heuberger's!
