Came to Heuberger to look at their used care selection, and was, at first, underwhelmed. Decided to try a few other dealerships in town (Honda, Ford, and Toyota) and had decent service, but decided to give and was, at first, underwhelmed. He was extremely knowledgeable as we bombarded him with the accumulated questions from our other test drives and dealer visits. We never felt pressured into upgrading to a newer/better model, or getting any other upgrade, while we were with Mark. He was always friendly, professorial, and helpful during our interactions, and we would definitely recommend him to our friends and family. After hearing about our experience and meeting mark, family from Missouri are considering coming out here to buy a Subaru. Overall, it was easy for us to see why Heuberger is such a popular dealership, they did an excellent job of caring for us. It is such a comfortable atmosphere that some people treat the office as a coffee shop. We saw several people sitting around, enjoying free coffee, and working on homework or reading, even though they were not there to buy a car. Every staff member we interacted with did an excellent job, and we look forward to working with them for years to come. More

Within 30 minutes I had a quote that beat the best price I could find by more than $1,500. He even offered shipping for a very reasonable price. I had a car I wanted to trade in so he gave me a price for that and it was very competitive. I agreed and took a gamble on driving the 900 miles to him. It was well worth it. After about 20 minutes of paperwork signing, I had a new WRX. No one questioned any of the prices we agreed upon 2 weeks earlier, no one gave me any hassle. They even have a cafe inside that doesnt charge and wont accept tips. Overall, the best new car purchase I have ever made. After the purchase, Clint even took us out to lunch. Heuberger Motors gets high marks all around. For being out-of-state, Clint was fantastic in making sure I was kept up-to-date during the entire process. That includes car status, photos of the car upon arrival, and he responded immediately to calls and texts. There was an issue with the 3rd party trucking company who delivered the car to California, but Clint was on it and worked to get everything right. He even sent me a gift (even though it wasn't his or the dealership's fault). Even now after I've purchased the car, he still texts and calls to make sure everything is going good with the car; and it is. Clint would get 6 stars if it was an option. More

I have ordered three Subarus from Heuberger over the last few years and every experience has been absolutely perfect. I was able to get exactly what I wanted faster, for considerably cheaper than my local d few years and every experience has been absolutely perfect. I was able to get exactly what I wanted faster, for considerably cheaper than my local dealers and they delivered it right to my door (I am 500 miles from them) for a nominal fee. My initial hesitation about ordering a car over the phone was totally unwarranted as Heuberger painlessly walked me through the ordering and documentation process, didn't try to push the usual dealer crap and all three of our cars arrived quickly and exactly as promised. Overall, all three experiences have been super and I would highly recommend Jennifer and the rest of the Heuberger staff. More

Jim was all about making sure that I had the information I needed to make a good decision; he was easily accessible by email, and answered any questions promptly and patiently. I never felt pressured or hurried -- to make a long story short, I found a beautiful Forester that was just what I was looking for, and at a price that I was happy with. Working with Jim to move things along online really made the best of my limited time. In short order I was at the dealership, where it took less than two hours from "meeting" the new car, through finalizing paperwork, to driving off the lot.
