I live in San Jose, CA and could not find a BRZ at a rational price point. That's when I found out about Clint and Heuberger. After contacting the service department, that our previous Subaru was totaled and that we were interested in purchasing another Subaru he referred me to the Sales department, Mark Way. I began e-mailing Mark with our situation, our interest for the type of care and our price range. All this while we were waiting for our car insurance settlement which was also in process. Over this 10-day to 2 week period, Mark sent me a list of used inventory that met our criteria and updated information until we could come in for a look and purchase. We found another Subaru on the lot, first visit and purchased. Thanks to Mark for making the process easier, my daughter is back in a car and back to work. More

Mike Pickett met me on the lot of Heuberger motors in Colorado Springs in March of 2013. I was looking to get my fiancee into an AWD vehicle as we are retiring to northern Idaho where there is significa Colorado Springs in March of 2013. I was looking to get my fiancee into an AWD vehicle as we are retiring to northern Idaho where there is significant snow fall in winter. I test drove a 2013 Outback. We didn't need a vehicle with a lot of added options but I was pleasantly surprised to find that even a base model was well equipped. I wasn't prepared to purchase at my first meeting with Mike because my fiancee is a nurse working in Texas and wasn't available to test drive. I told him that we would be back the second week of May but I stayed in contact with him via email and phone text. The exterior color my fiancee liked was a brown but there were none available. As it turns out we saw a brown Outback on the freeway and decided it wasn't a very good color. We met together with Mike for the first time on 13 May and he diligently searched the inventory for the color and trim level that she liked. We decided on a green, premium model with all weather option. My fiancee is new to the Colorado Springs area and felt quite nervous of traffic so Mike was kind enough for us to take it for an extended test drive. After a thorough explanation and demonstration how everything worked my fiancee and I conferred privately and decided to 'sleep on it' a few days and told Mike that he would have our decision by three days later. On 16 May we purchased our new Outback. I definitely put Mike through the 'paces' and he was very understanding and professional. At one point I told him that I wanted to get the car up on a lift in the maintenance bay so I could inspect the undercarriage. He jumped right on my request and within 10 minutes I was inspecting the 'business end' of our Outback. He walked us through the Owner's Manual and explained everything he had shown us on the car. He has kept in touch to ensure we are completely satisfied with the car. I would give Mike the highest rating for his professionalism and knowledge of his product. I'm sure that all Heuberger sales personnel are equally qualified but I would recommend any customers to ask for Mike. More

I'm the type that researches, compares, and doesn't mess around. I figure out what I want, what I'm willing to spend, then I buy it from the best place. When I decided I wanted a 2013 Subaru Impreza Sport Limited in white, I looked everywhere for one. There was only 1 in the entire state of Utah (where I live). But I found exactly what I wanted at Heuberger. Long story short - The internet price was fair and they didn't gouge me on the cost of shipping it to my doorstep. Jim Adams was a pleasure to deal with. Always prompt, courteous and helpful on the phone or via email. I didn't have to haggle with them. I got the car in Utah down as low as they would go, even when I told them I had a better deal in CO. The UT dealer said I should buy the UT car because they couldn't beat it. In the end, I got the Heuberger car, exactly how I wanted it, shipped directly to me, with no hassles, for nearly $1000 less than I would have paid in UT, even after factoring in the freight to my door. I highly recommend Heuberger. I only wish I lived in Colorado Springs so I could use them for service. Now I have to figure out which dealer in SLC to use. More
