I bought a BRZ from Clint @ Heuberger Motors without ever seen the car. I knew what I wanted (and knew what I was willing to pay), and never bothered to negotiate as the price and information was all straigh seen the car. Since I opted to fly in and pick up the car, most of the paperwork was taken care of prior to my arrival. Papers were FexEx'd to me, I returned it with down payment. Flew in on a Saturday to Denver, picked up the car an hour later... I think I spent the better part of 20 minutes at the dealer, it sort of felt almost too easy. Car buying isn't supposed to be easy, but I have to acknowledge that the staff I dealt with (Clint & Dawn) made it seem like I bought tickets to a movie over the phone. I would highly recommend Heuberger Motors to any prospective buyer(s) looking for a great Subaru buying experience! More

Joey did an outstanding job from the beginning all the way until I drove off the lot with my brand new WRX! There was never that "pushy salesmen" kind of vibe, he was genuinely interested in finding me the vehicle that fit my needs perfectly. He took the time to show me every detail of the car, and made sure I understood how everything worked. He was absolutely amazing with the patience he had for me, and the million and one questions that I had. I was very impressed with how hard he worked with finance to get me the best deal possible! I knew the dealership by reputation, but was not certain I wanted a Subaru. In fact, online research suggested another brand, with a Subaru model as one of the comparands. Others took more time, but all the interactions were pleasant (email and phone). Rob's was the only actual dollar price quotation. After a day of intermittent contact I narrowed the choice to two models and realized I could see them close together in Colo. Springs "Motor City." Two Internet specialists, two informative test drives, two prices (somewhat non-comparable models) a few thousand $$ apart, and my wife and I chose the Subaru. Went back the next day to pick it up, which was a busy summer Saturday; while we waited for the papers and the car prep, Rob fed us lunch and engaged with pleasant conversation. When my check bounced on Monday (I'd fogotten a signature) Rob called and we had an amusing interaction replacing the check. The car has been fun to drive and the experience a total plus. More

Clint ran me through everything for an out of state purchase and he was able to find exactly what I wanted at a price that blew everything in California out of the water. Not only that, but the financing was super easy as well. Dawn was great! Gave me a few options and was able to get me the best plan for my purchase. If I ever buy another Subaru, definitely coming back to these guys. I've never heard of such a painless experience buying a car. It was an AMAZING experience!!! More

Dawn in financing was also a huge help with my experience. When my car arrived Dawn called me and gave me the rundown of how everything would work. She got me a great APR, and then gave me a killer price on an extended warranty. All paperwork was Fedex'ed overnight to my work, and sent with an overnight return label and envelope. My car buying experience started last fall when I came across Clint on IWSTI. I had always dreamed of owning an STi and sent him a message for a car quote. Unfortunately I was busy finishing up school and had to put my plans on hold. I graduated this past spring and out of nowhere Clint emails me again asking if I was still interested. I had in fact been shopping around and his price much less than Chicagoland dealers. One snag in my plan was that Clint had sold the remaining 2013 5 doors with navi and I would have to wait for a 2014. Clint being the awesome guy he is found someone who wanted to drop out of his STi reservation that matched my exact needs! I waited about 2 weeks for the car to come in and Clint did an excellent job arranging everything for me. He constantly sent me updates and told me everything I needed to know. My girlfriend and I flew standby and even though Clint only had 2 hours notice he arranged for someone to pick us up from the Airport right after we landed! The dealership was very clean and we were greeted as soon as we got out of the car. Even under short notice Clint had the car detailed and even had some accessories put on last minute. My girlfriend also enjoyed the experience which means a lot as she is not a car person. Paperwork was done quickly and there was no pressure to purchase any extras. I would not change a thing about my purchasing experience, especially since I proposed to my girlfriend at Seven Falls in Colorado Springs after we picked up the car! More
