Hesser Toyota was the only one with solid communication, starting digitally - emailing with Tabby Troemel, then spending a few hours with Carolyn at the dealership to test drive and ultimately buy the car + working with Shelton Tripp on financing. Carolyn was willing to answer the questions I had about this specific car and also talk through some more general questions I had (e.g., what to look for when comparing car histories, does rental/commercial/other type of previous ownership raise any flags, etc.). I really appreciated the time she took to make sure I understood each step of the process and made sure any questions I may have had were answered. I am in the middle of moving across the country and my move complicated the paperwork process, but Carolyn and Shelton worked with me to figure it out. That is so refreshing in comparison to just about every other dealership I interacted with (in a 400 mile radius, I might add). Tabby gave me all the numbers I asked for, was very clear and straightforward, answered all of my questions promptly, and Carolyn and Skip completed the transaction faster and with virtually no pressure than any previous car purchase I have made - that's saying something. Our car was ordered from the factory, because the cars sell so fast, there wasn't any on the lot. Carolyn noticed that there were no front floor mats in the vehicle, so she ordered them to make sure we had them. Great car so far. Lots of bells and whistles to get use to.
