Upon arrival at Herrin Gear ,was greeted by salesmen Barnes who was very courteous and polite,we explained to him what we was interested in purchasing,we explained that we saw this particular vehicle pa Barnes who was very courteous and polite,we explained to him what we was interested in purchasing,we explained that we saw this particular vehicle parked on the corner, he immediately got the keys to the vehicle, after a short observation of the vehicle it fit perfectly with what we wanted (low mileage and price, short after he had paperwork ready to see it will be approved and with a low interest rate,that made our day we drove home in the same day with the vehicle, More

Service department has major issues. Customer service in the Service Dept. needs profound overhaul. This is from the Service Manager rated at a 1 out of 10 and the Service Supervisor a Customer service in the Service Dept. needs profound overhaul. This is from the Service Manager rated at a 1 out of 10 and the Service Supervisor as 3 out of 10 only because of minor effort after 6 hours and after my complaints for me and two other customers that had sit all day. Let’s just say nearly 12 hrs later things were still not properly addressed not fixed. This was not just a bad day, this stems from a lack of oversight and getting paid to do nothing while ripping customers off. Truly dissatisfied. More

The worst dealership experience ever. My appointment was for 1:30pm, I arrive there at 1:15 and did not leave until 5:45 PM. Went in for an oil change. I was told it 330 my SUV what’s rea My appointment was for 1:30pm, I arrive there at 1:15 and did not leave until 5:45 PM. Went in for an oil change. I was told it 330 my SUV what’s ready and they were going to wash it. Around 430 I begin to ask where was my vehicle because I had to be somewhere at 5 o’clock.. I was told that it was accidentally placed on the Lexus lot. When he pulled my vehicle up at 5 o’clock, it had not been washed so I missed my appointment. Worst service ever!! More

I was in the market for a new vehicle and was debating between the 2026 Escalade and the 2027 QX80. Lathario was my Sales Consultant and he was amazing. He provided great overview of the vehicle and was e between the 2026 Escalade and the 2027 QX80. Lathario was my Sales Consultant and he was amazing. He provided great overview of the vehicle and was extremely hands on throughout the sales process which made deciding on moving forward with the QX80 easier. Antonio Chandler did an amazing job with ensuring I received the best financing option. The entire staff that I worked with was amazing. I would highly recommend this dealership to others. More
