Considering I did most of the work online because of Corvid-19. It’s hard to give a 5 star rating. I was handed the keys and no explanation of anything. I wasn’t asking for someone to get in the car but Corvid-19. It’s hard to give a 5 star rating. I was handed the keys and no explanation of anything. I wasn’t asking for someone to get in the car but with both wearing masks a quick run through could if happened. Also, the person doing financing was giving us a higher rate than advertised. 4.8-5.8 Toyota rate. Questioned her and said if not questioned that is what it would of gone through as. We put $10,000 down, no trade in and immediately go our own financing. That doesn’t seem right. We felt at spending $45,000 on a new car the service should of been better than that. We recommend that a few lessons in financing practices should be learned and a bit more instructions other than just handing the buyer a fob. We have bought 2 cars and 1 SUV . We will be ready within a year to purchase another SUV . May look at another dealer. Ron snd Donna Domenick More
