Our experience at Heritage Toyota was a complete disaster. EVERY part of the transaction has been poorly executed. Its started with an appointment to see a car that they didnt have on the lot. Th disaster. EVERY part of the transaction has been poorly executed. Its started with an appointment to see a car that they didnt have on the lot. They knew we were coming. I drove 3 hours to see the vehicle and it wasnt there. I waited 6 hours for them to drive to Baltimore to bring the car to Harrisburg. They said they could title the car in Maryland. They couldnt. In Fact, they still have not completed the DMV paper work after 3 MONTHS. They have made us resign papers 3 times and still have not completed the transaction. I have never dealt with incompetance at this level. More
