Thank you for taking the time to review Heritage Toyota Harrisburg. We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding you experienced with our dealership. This is not our way of doing business at any of our Heritage stores, as we take great pride in providing honest, reliable, and transparent information to all customers. However, our employees are only human and do make an occasional mistake. In this instance, after the purchase was made, we accidentally refunded your $500 deposit back to you. When we learned of this error, our General Manager, Phil Stillman, attempted to contact you several times to apologize for our mistake personally. General manager Phill Stillman didn’t attempted to call me multiple times, if he had, I would've seen his missed calls or emails but there wasn’t anything. It was a salesman who called me multiple times and left me a voicemail and text msg asking to call back. GM only called me once and said that they were missing the $500 and how would I like to pay it, which was ridiculous give the fact that this was a 2nd Rav4 I bought from this dealership within a year. It told the GM that will pay it with my CC and I received the invoice of $500 and paid online. This is the worst car buying experience I had or even heard of.
