Prompt, courteous, and pleasant. Didn't try to overcharge (and even waived the diagnostic fee because the problem turned out to be so easy to diagnose.) Fixed the issue, and also performed scheduled maintenance in a few hours as promised. Shuttled me to work and back. Can't recommend highly enough. More

Excellent customer service experience I called at 11:30AM and the Service Rep., Lejuan Robinson, gave me an appointment for 1:30PM.
