My salesperson (Matt Nemetz) was very helpful and knowledgeable and I never felt any pressure whatsoever. He answered all of my questions when I first met with him and during the test drive I took. He also answered questions I emailed him and after I purchased my car, he made it clear that he was available to assist me for the long haul, beyond just buying a car from him. Throughout the process Matt was very helpful and let me make my own decisions (i.e., no pressure) and negotiate the process (which he explained in just the level of detail I wanted) at my own pace. He found the car I wanted and explained the dealership's pricing. Everyone I had dealings with was very friendly and straightforward and seemed to be genuinely interested in my satisfaction. I would buy a Subaru from Matt and Heritage again and would recommend Matt to anyone who wanted to buy a new Subaru. Heritage keeps me coming back!!! I've written before and here I am again. I've been coming to Heritage since 2003. I'm in my 4th Subaru (my 3rd Forester) and, every time I need servic I've written before and here I am again. I've been coming to Heritage since 2003. I'm in my 4th Subaru (my 3rd Forester) and, every time I need service or a new car I travel about 20 miles from Timonium to Catonsville to Heritage Subaru because the service is excellent and I feel I'm being treated as a "member of the family" rather than a mere customer. There is a Subaru dealership 4 blocks from my home but, the employees of Heritage keep me coming back. When Steve Sherman learns I'm in the market for a new car he makes sure (working with his colleagues) that I get the best deal possible. His concern never ends with the sale but, he always follows up afterwards to be sure everything is working out as hoped. I always stop by to see Warren Baldwin in parts even I don't need to purchase anything because he is always glad to see me and is willing to take a minute to see how I'm doing and catch up on sports. But, my heart lies with Lejaun Robinson. She treats me like her "adopted papa" and makes sure every visit to service is on time and all required maintenance is completed. Because of her I never have to call back with a complaint that something was overlooked. In summary, the warmth and personal quality of sales and service of my friends at Heritage...KEEPS ME COMING BACK!!! More
