When we first got there, all of the sales associates were with customers but one of the managers (Jody) quickly took it upon himself to help us until an associate became available. I really appreciated all of his help. Once Garrett was available, he was great. Garrett was very detailed in his explanation of everything, including his recommendation that if I got nothing else, that the extended warranty and environment armour were a must! This was a return trip as we purchased a CX5 and a Mazda 3 not even 3 years ago. The staff at Heritage is always knowledgeable about the Mazda product line and helped us determine the right packages. We dealt with Garrett Evans this time and it was a pleasurable experience. The CX9 had a few minor issues from the factory and Garrett has gone out of his way to make sure the issues are rectified. I definitely recommend the Heritage Mazda group for anyone looking for a Mazda. This is the 4th car we've purchased from the group and I imagine there will be many more. More
