Great experience! I have been looking for a car for past 6 weeks and I have to say that it was not a nice experience. I got a certified 2012 Hyundai Elantra that works and looks like new. All I wanted in the car and in my budget. All other dealerships said it's not possible and Heritage Hyundai Towson made it happen. And Jennifer Cahill was super helpful! Great first car buying experience My experience at Heritage Hyundai of Towson was better than I could have hoped for as a first time car buyer. My previous vehicle unexpectedly died an My experience at Heritage Hyundai of Towson was better than I could have hoped for as a first time car buyer. My previous vehicle unexpectedly died and I was in need of a replacement fast as I use my car to travel for work and school daily. I appreciated that the salesman who I contacted accommodated the fact that email is the best form of communication for me as I work at different hours every day and am unable to answer a phone call while at work. Plus I'm a part time student and thus keep very odd hours. This accommodation was great because it allowed me to easily schedule a time to come to the dealership and schedule a test drive whereas other dealers called me and it was a perpetual game of phone tag which was beyond frustrating. The staff at Heritage Hyundai were incredibly welcoming and answered all of my questions (there were A LOT of them) patiently and thoroughly. I appreciated that I was easily able to ask what might seem like a "stupid question" because as a first time car buyer I just didn't know and the staff not only answered it but didn't make me feel like I was asking a stupid question. I also liked that the staff weren't super pushy about trying to sell me something I didn't want. I also appreciated the fact that even though the salesman I worked with was new, he was well trained and asked his supervisor for help when he needed it rather than just doing whatever and potentially doing something wrong. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend checking out Heritage Hyundai of Towson if you're looking for a new (or used) car. The staff are great, the facility is easy to find, and the prices are fair. More
