Great sales person Shawn was a very patient and understanding sales person. He answered all of my questions when it came to the leasing guidelines. Dream car purchase turned Nightmare! While I must say that it wasn't a complete waste of time going here, bc I did get the car of my dreams, I have to say that their service ABSOLUTELY SU While I must say that it wasn't a complete waste of time going here, bc I did get the car of my dreams, I have to say that their service ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!!! I financed my car almost 1 week ago, and after being there for 5 1/2 hrs we advised the salesman that we had to get going. The salesman rushed my car thru cleaning so I could take it home that night, and then advised me to bring the car back Monday to have it thoroughly cleaned. I brought it back on Monday, only to be told that they were busy and could not get it done that day either. I then drove a DIRTY (dirt and sand under the hood and trunk, and interior very dusty and dirty) new car around for a week, and brought it back on Friday. I was told by my salesman that it would only be about an hour, and also told by one of the managers that they would fill up my car for me, due to the inconvenience of bringing it up from Monday. I told them that was fine, and waited for about a hour. A little over an hour later, the manager I spoke with passed me outside and told me that it would only be another 15-20 minutes, and I would be done. I was getting a little annoyed by this time (bc it had already been over an hour), but I figured I would give them a little more time to make my car nice and shiny. Well, finally after about 2 hours waiting, I marched back into the dealership and said that I was tired of these games, and that they had my car for OVER 2 hours and it still wasn't done! My salesman went and got my car, and brought it to the front. He apologized that he wasn't the one that cleans the car, and I thanked him and marched out very heated. I've brought the car home, and the car STILL isn't completely clean!!!! There is still dirt and sand under the trunk, and the interior looks like it hadn't even been touched! So what the xxxx were they doing with my car for 2 whole hours?????? Well, needless to say I WILL NOT be taking my car back there again and will be cleaning it myself. Thank you Heritage Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Parkville for turning my dream car purchase into a nightmare! More

Most times the experience has been difficult or frustrating and involves a lot of games. We did our research and looked at many cars before visiting Heritage in Parkville. The prices Heritage listed their used cars for were very competitive right off the bat. I initially spoke to Randall Melvin and when I explained what we wanted to see he moved cars around from other lots before we came in to make it convenient for us. Our salesman, Buddy Holmes, was fantastic. He has a lot of experience in the car business, very knowledgeable, was no pressure and really took the time to help us make the right decision. We thought the finance manager Steve was very honest and helpful. After our purchase we found a small blemish on the bumper we had not noticed and both managers Jake and Woody worked with us to address it. Our buying experience was really positive and their service was genuinely kickass. Thank you! More
