Charles Artman was by far the best sales associate I've ever worked with. He made my experience buying my new 2013 Journey fantastic. I was in Harrisburg on vacation and had a few issues with my van. (A/C and Brakes) They explained all of the repairs to me. No hard core upsell. In fact, I expected them to try to sell me new brakes. I purchased a 2006 dodge dakota 4x4 at the end of February. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, Freedom supposedly serviced the vehicle and performed a state inspection on it. Since purchasing the tru February. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, Freedom supposedly serviced the vehicle and performed a state inspection on it. Since purchasing the truck, I have driven it a total of 2,000 miles. One week ago I was backing out of a parking space at a convenicence store when the passenger side outer tie rod separated from the passenger side front wheel. On the day this happened, I had my wife, my daughter and my two grandchildren in the truck with me. Had I been driving down the highway when the tie rod came loose, that truck would have flipped and could very easily have killed everyone in the truck and god knows who else could have been hurt. The truck was towed back to Freedom where it took from Monday to Thursday to get the truck fixed. Freedom refused to admit that they screwed up when they inspected the truck. According to them the part failed because of normal wear and tear. As far as they were concerned, the problem with the tie rod was not their concern and I was expected to pay the bill. Bottom line is very simple. The mechanics at Freedom Auto Group never looked under the truck at all. As I said, in addition to inspecting the truck, they also supposedly serviced it.. They did so through of a job servicing the truck that they failed to see that the truck needed to be lubricated. The grease cups were empty. Clearly when dealing with Freedom Auto Group, it is a buyer beware condition and it will be very advisable to assume that they are going to do the absolute least amount possible. So plan on taking your vehicle to a mechanic that you trust and have perform a complete inspection of your vehicle. More

Actually bought my car from another dealership. We were having issues with it and the dealership I bought it from said I could go to a Chrysler dealer closer to my home. I choose Freedom and it was nothin having issues with it and the dealership I bought it from said I could go to a Chrysler dealer closer to my home. I choose Freedom and it was nothing less than a great experience. I already was having so many issues communicating with the dealership where I purchased my car and was so upset that Trish at Freedom made me feel more at ease and even helped me when I had to communicate with the dealership I bought it from. They found all the problems, fixed everything up, and kept in touch with me the entire time my vehicle was in their care. I would go back to Freedom in a heartbeat just because of the great customer service I received from Trish. Freedom is very lucky to have her. She did everything in her means to make sure I was satisfied and to erase the bad taste I had from the dealership where I originally bought my vehicle. I got to know Trish on a personal level and she is so honest and caring. She noted my account wonderfully and worked with the warranty company to make sure everything was covered so that I would have no out of pocket expenses. I will go back to Freedom just because of the service I received from her and if I ever need another car in the future I will consider Freedom before anywhere else in the Harrisburg, PA area. Thank you Trish for everything you are amazing! More
