Freedom openly admitted that mistakes were made and that they were going to do everything possible to make it right. Ultimately a deal was agreed upon for a very nice Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland on the following day. Mistakes happen in life all the time and no one is perfect. I can appreciate a dealership whose management and ownership owns up to those mistakes and makes good on them. More
