I was there for 2 reasons Reason 1 was the heater was not functioning correctly. When I went to show Mark in service what was happening the vehicle did not show the issue. Reas Reason 1 was the heater was not functioning correctly. When I went to show Mark in service what was happening the vehicle did not show the issue. Reason 2 was an estimate for some body work. The body shop did a great job. Then when I went to leave with the vehicle the heater did have the issue that I was there for. Mark pulled the car back in saw that it was doing what it was there for he promptly had service look at the issue, they did an update to the system and it appears to be working great now. Thanks for all your help Keith More
